I think it’s safe to say that sometimes kiddos need a little motivation to act the way they know they should. If you offer a child positive incentive, 9 times out of 10 you will get positive behavior in return. As you may know, our Kids Night In Box theme for the month of May is “Winners Never Quit” and focuses on being a good sport. We realize that some kids may struggle a little more than others at handling their emotions so our hope is that you will be able to use this “Sportsmanship Checklist” as a positive incentive. Discuss the items on the list with your little one(s) and maybe even offer a reward if all the items get checked off after playing a game.
