This snack is a popular one, I can remember making it in school when I was little. I can also remember how yummy it always was! I think my favorite part about this snack is how realistic it looks! It really looks like you are about to eat soil and mud, and I think that is another reason why kids love it. However, I would be kidding myself if I said the Oreos didn’t contribute to the popularity.
MATERIALS:
*MAKES 4 OREO DIRT CUPS*
12 Oreos
1 small instant chocolate pudding box
2 cups of milk
2 sandwich bags
Gummy worms
Spoon (or whisk)
Bowl
Clear plastic cups
STEPS:
First, place 12 Oreos into a sandwich bag (or two) and crush them up. If your little one(s) want to get involved, let them crush the Oreos! Because let’s be honest, what kid doesn’t love crushing stuff?
Combine the instant chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk in a bowl and mix for about two minutes.
Use a spoon to scoop the pudding mixture into each cup. Then, pour Oreo crumbs into each cup, covering the pudding.
